Do I have to register online?
Only when you place an order. Your online account also allows you to save your billing and shipping address so that you won’t have to enter it each time you order. You can even add items to your cart to purchase at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you won’t have to start all over. Shopping at iloveartesia.com is safe because we use highly advanced technology to ensure that your information remains secure. We protect your online order and personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All of the data that travels from your computer and our servers is SSL encrypted. We do not keep your credit card information on file for added security.

Ordering

How do I order by phone, fax or mail?
To order by phone: call (337) 232-8441 during our web hours Monday thru Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please be ready to tell us your list of items and have your credit card in hand. To order by fax: select your items online and add them to your shopping cart. When you are finished, print out your cart and fax it to (337) 232-8447. Please include your credit card number and signature on the form. For security purposes, DO NOT INCLUDE your card’s expiration date. A customer service representative will contact you by phone to finish the transaction.

How will I know my order was accepted?
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email sent to the email address you registered with. Your confirmation email will include your order number and the approximate amount of your purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also mail your printed order to us with a check payment. Note that your order by check will not be processed until your check has cleared your bank (usually 2-3 days)

At this time we are unable to accept Artesia Gift Cards online. Your gift card may only be used in our retail stores or by phone or mail order. If you would like to use your gift card for a phone or mail order, please contact customer service for further instructions at (337) 232-8441.

When will my credit card be charged?
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backorder item ships. Your total purchase & shipping charges will also be adjusted to reflect any items that are sold out or unavailable before we process your credit card.

Why was I charged sales tax?
The Federal Government requires that we collect sales tax for items shipped to a state where Artesia maintains a physical presence; therefore, all shipments within Louisiana will be charged 8% sales tax. If you are outside of Louisiana, and have been charged sale tax on your order please contact us immediately to correct the error.

How will I know if an item is Backordered or Out of Stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If an item that you have ordered is not available at the time that we process your order we will contact you to notify you of the situation either by phone or email.

If the item is backordered (item has been reordered): we will notify you of the expected date of arrival and give you the option of having the item shipped later or omitting the item from your order. If the backordered item is expected to arrive within 3 days of your order date, we may elect to hold your order until we can ship it complete.

If the item is out of stock (unlikely item will be reordered): we will notify you of the status of the item and give you the option of substituting for a similar item or omitting the item from your order.

Products

Do you offer a catalog?
No. We do not offer a printed catalog at this time. You can find Artesia products at our retail store or here on our website. If you would like advance notice of special promotions and new item please register for an account here on our site. We send emails regularly to our registered users.

How do I know what size to order?
Most of our clothing is considered juniors or young contemporary, which traditionally means a smaller fit than most women’s brands. If you are unsure which size give us a call (337) 232-8441 and we'll do our best to help.

Is everything in your store available online? Due to the large amount of inventory we offer, we are unable to put everything in our online store. If you are searching for something specific or something that you saw in the store and cannot find it online, please call or email us and we will do our best to find it for you. If your special request is in-stock in the store but not on the website we can usually add it to your online order over the phone.

What if I have questions about a product?
Our Artesia stylists are very knowledgeable about are of our products. If you need more information about an item you have seen online, please call or email us at and someone will be happy to answer your questions and/or suggest complimentary items to accompany your selection(s).

Why are the prices different on your website?
We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our website and stores. Occasionally, we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website; we also have periodic sales and/or promotions that are in our retail store only. For this reason, we are unable to offer price adjusments for differences between online & in-store prices. Shipping

How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping charges on all orders are calculated based on the total purchase price of all items in your cart. Your total shipping amount will be displayed during the check out process.

How long before my order arrives?
We ship in-stock items within 48 hours. Orders received after 1PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed by our sales department the next business day. You will be notified in the event of any backorders or expected delays.

Our standard shipping methods are UPS and USPS. Normal delivery time is 2-7 business days from the day that your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times may increase during holiday seasons.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We do offer express shipping for an additional charge. At check out you will have the option of selecting which shipping method you would like to use. Normal delivery time for express shipping is 1-2 days.

Can I pick up my order at the store? Yes. Orders placed before 1PM CST can be picked up anytime after 3PM on the same day. Due to limited space, we can only hold your in-store pick up order for up to 3 days after the order has been processed. After this time your order will be cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to process any orders from anywhere outside of the U.S.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We appreciate your business and want your experience to be a successful one.

All returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from delivery only. After 14 days, the sale is final. To return or exchange, your item(s) must be unworn with tickets intact, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please follow our return and exchange policies stated below:

  1. Under Account Administration, click on View Order History, then select the order that contains the item you want to return.
  2. Select Print Merchandise Return Form, then follow the instructions to complete it. Be sure to state the reason the item is being returned.
  3. Package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping. Be sure to include original packaging and the Merchandise Return form that you printed in Step 1.
  4. Address it to iloveartesia.com Customer Service at 2513 Johnston Street, Lafayette, LA 70503.
  5. Ship your package to us using the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for refund. Please note that Artesia is not responsible for loss or damage to your package during shipment and up to the point that it has been delivered to our facility. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments for return.

Do you refund shipping charges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges on returned items, nor are we able to credit the shipping charge to return the item to us. However, if you are exchanging the item for another size or color, we will re-ship your exchange free of charge.
